Could it be Chiari ?
Chiari malformations are developmental conditions of the rhombencephalon (hindbrain).
Often incidental (an “oh by the way” finding on CT scans), in some of us they can lead to headaches, numbness in the extremities, even trouble swallowing and speaking.
Most of the time nothing needs to be done. Sometimes further workup and even surgery may be needed to resolve the symptoms.
